Things like Anya and Martin’s MLA behave, are processed and operated quite differently from your normal Line-Array.

I have not heard Anya but I have heard and measured a MLA system, and it does exactly what they said. At this level these manufactures know that one of the first thing we will do when we use their system is fire up Smaart and measure it.

This is what one person said about the Anya, admittedly its form EAW advertising blurb but I think it’s worth noting.

“From mix position to any position in the room, it’s hard to mentally process how consistent it is and how easily we achieved it. Anya has the purest impulse response I’ve ever gotten off of a PA system. The acoustic phase response is just breathtaking.

For the record, I don't work for EAW in either their marketing department or their engineering department ... and I'll still stand behind what I stated.
