2 - Utilize panel "scraps" for other purposes.

Scott, don't you owe me a good deal since I made you such a great deal on all that cable last year?  So how about getting me 8 x 8' x 18" pieces for my drum risers...come on man help a brother out.

Now you can then teach all of your crew the proper way to fold soft goods. Add a fine push-broom and dust mop to each P&D package you send out; it is well worth the time to fold on a clean deck.
