Yamaha / Nexo NXAMP4X4 issue.

Have a amp that keeps going into protect. It says "Mains at 0v". Wondering, has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you fix it? Is there a place in the US that fixes these amps? Appreciate the info.

Call Yamaha's California service number...
