I have the opportunity to pick up an older Chauvet Stagemaster 24. Can anyone please tell me if this can be used with multi channel LED par lights. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure that's the right product name?  Google isn't aware of that product.

Generally speaking, older consoles originally designed for dimmers only don't work well with LEDs.  If they use DMX they can talk to your LED lights, however they don't have enough channels to really do anything practical.  For example, the most basic LED light will have 3 channels per fixture - one for each color, red, green, blue.  Many lights have 4, 5, or 10 DMX channels per fixture, so you may only be able to control a few fixtures with a 24-channel board.

Boards that do not support DMX are useless for any modern lighting fixtures.

That's a pretty awkward product for LEDs, like most of the small boards designed for dimmers.  I would pass.
