Audio tech and AC power only for the inauguration
Yes, that was just one SM57

Please don't get me in trouble.  Lets keep it tech only.

Light (NPI) on how the electrical service was done, but the grid power with AT/genny backup is common at pretty much all broadcast events. A few do Really Big UPS battery banks to deliver stable power while the genset kicks in...  On a few events I've seen the genset power used as primary and the grid power as back up.  Makes sense, as the grid needs no spin up time.
"Practicing an art, no matter how well or badly, is a way to make your soul grow, for heaven's sake. Sing in the shower. Dance to the radio. Tell stories. Write a poem to a friend, even a lousy poem. Do it as well as you possible can. You will get an enormous reward. You will have created something."  - Kurt Vonnegut
