So for the 5Ghz band , what are the Antennas frequencies that will work?

I see Antennas for 4,9g, 5g, 5.1G, 5,3G .... 5,6G
I'm confused

In the US:
Any antenna rated for the full 5GHz WiFi band (5150 - 5835 MHz) will work. L-Com has a nice selection.

It depends on where you live, and which channels your devices support. Your reception on the M5 won't be effected to much, so for general use i would choose something between 5.1 and 5.3 Ghz, or, if not in Russia 5.6Ghz when using higher channels. The lather can cause problems with radar etc. I have used the higher channels for some backbone connections. Never for general  use.

As always: it depends.
