They seem more interested in car audio.  Perhaps Music Group will buy what they don't want.

Automobile electronics is a growing business, cars are becoming more electronic every year (not just radios).

I bet some of it had to do with the scoreboard market and being able to "fillout the audio" side of things.

Scoreboards and such are HUGE deals these days.

I'm ready to place my order for some more JBL Galaxy Array battery powered line array boxes, now including Martin Light and Smoke features at no additional charge.  I'm told their new battery technology has a "fast discharge" mode.

From the basic writeup, good for Auto electronics, bad for pro audio.
maybe they'll spin off "our" market........ Another takeover for Herr Berringear ?
Nah, they already have Midas and Turbo. Don't need to bury any other brands.....

I'm going to need to finish out my SRX800 rig quickly it seems. It also finalizes my decision to buy a Danley rig for my next system.

I thought they were hemorrhaging cash over the Galaxy Note 7 and exploding washing machine debacles.  Guess their pockets are even deeper than that...

Maybe they will sell the pro audio side to InMusic brands :-)
At least Music would not be that bad.
