Used it around 10 times.

Never had a reliability issue so far.
Sound quality is probably best in the biz right now, user interface is better than a couple of other options in that price range in my humble opinion.

I looked after one out on tour for 18 months from early 2015 and we had no issues with it on 100 ish shows.

It has been very reliable for us, ours is about 1 year old now.
As Helge said the sound quality is a step above all the others to my ears.
Not sure what they are doing but it sounds great.
