The three-light tester was in but then I kicked it out. Between the meter and the NCVT it doesn't really add anything.


Ever try to do a quick meter test on a TR (tamper resistant) receptacle?  Not required in commercial-but as a contractor I often put them in either for convenience sake (why carry multiple stock items in vehicle?) or where children might be present (schools, churches, eetc-my local inspector kind of expected it).

I would either keep a 3 lamp tester or a replacement plug in my kit.
