You forgot to tell them the best part of that room - the giant HVAC air intakes directly behind the mix position which creates a near-continuous wall of white noise so you an barely hear the PA when you are sitting at the mixer.

And the fact that we are physically above ALL speakers at mix position. It's like being in a different, worse sounding, room altogether
