I scrolled down slowly on this picture from the top and got a shock when I saw the little guy at the bottom to put it in perspective!!

I would argue that for "sound quality", it probably sucks pretty bad.

But sound quality is NOT the main intent.

Now if you mean "rocks" as in it gets loud-and that is the only thing that is important, well maybe.

I figure that room sounds like absolute poo !   ....with it's reverberate size and hard looking surfaces...

I'm guessing it's all about finding out what falls apart at crazy SPL !!!!   ???

There's several PDFs of interesting stuff and more (pictures!) at the TEAM Corporation website, the makers of the modulators that drive this room of crazy.

Now who fancies putting one of these on a truck and rolling up to an EDM festival...

Thanks, Mark and John.  Great morning reading.  I kept pulling up links to NASA's anechoic chamber when trying to search for this, which, while interesting in its own rite, is pretty much the polar opposite of this room.
