K-Array KF12 (the old model).  It's powered by Powersoft, has a very small form factor, weighs 25 pounds, and gets very loud.  Although you didn't mention price and they were not cheap.  The new models were not quite the small form factor of the originals. 

Not sure who is distributing for K-Array now that Sennheiser is out of the picture.
