What is wrong with this ad?

Hint: something is out of place.

Ya, but it's a composite box, so when the wire chafes through, it won't short to ground.  :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

The hot and neutral slots are backwards (relative to the ground pin) on the Arc Fault Receptacle, or the EGC pin is on top instead of bottom, relative to Hot.

It appears to be on newsprint yet gives a website and QR code.

Haha.

The junction box in the background photo at the top of the page appears to be a style and form factor not used in the United States. This ad is for a store in the USA.

It's a bit hard to see in the picture I posted, but there appear to be integrated screw terminal lugs (instead of wire nuts) for connecting wires.

Nothing that would confuse a budding electrician or DIYer. I'll admit to being nitpicky.  ;)

The question I have is, in what region of the world was that stock photo made?

Out of this world!

actually that picture is correct. (it helps that there's an upside-down GFI in the wall next to my desk to compare to)

Price is just very wrong though for a basic 15A TR!

But it's not a basic 15A TR. It's an AFI.

And you just started an argument that will never end by saying it's upside down. ;)
