There is a local church that has some sound issues. The speakers they have were installed around 10 years ago by Ford Audio.

My first thought was Renkus-Heinz or Danley. They do have an EV above the choir area, so I thought maybe these were EV as well. But I honestly don't know. Any help would be appreciated.

edit- after digging further, I'm leaning toward RH ST series.

I always liked them and had good results in large modern "echo-chamber" type spaces.  They used a MF/HF coax type driver phase-plug coupled to a large common horn that was crossed over fairly low to a set of ported 12's.
-Can't remember what DSP or settings we used
-and like most good things from EAW they are now discontinued

Another question. Having never dealt with EAW tech support, how hard is it to get replacement components if necessary, given these have been discontinued?

I would say it depends on what the problem is.

What sort of problem are they having and have you identified it to a specific area of the cabinet?

It could be a loose wire, or a driver, or the crossover or something else.

I don't know what components are used-but sometimes when "custom" drivers are used, it is real hard to get replacements.

They may be "special".  Which makes them "really special" when trying to repair or replace them.

I honestly don't know. This is one of those deals (that I'm sure everyone has run into) where the customer is hell bent on getting new stuff, and a salesman is hell bent on selling them something. Stuff that, unfortunately, probably won't be quite as good as what the existing equipment could be. I was just trying to arm myself with info, just in case.
