The JBL WRX is also IP56 rated. 
The ASB6128-WRX is the install equivalent of a Vertec 4880, while the ASB7128-WRX is the install equivalent of a Vertec 4880a.

Forgot about those. They should work well. They might come close to the output of the TH118 too, if you can hit em with 16kw haha.

why not ck the price on an unloaded aquatight cabinet and mount  the orig drivers in them?

Aquatight or not.  Water wins.  Rest them on some nylon strips (1/4" or so) to get them out of standing / pooling water.  Elevate the rear as much as you can to let the inside drain as well.
