Wireless communications headsets

Looking for recommendations on pro level wireless headsets for use between stage and mix position.

Mark Cadwallader:
John, what is the distance from stage to mix, is it line of sight, and what's your budget?  Also note there is a "wireless and comms" sub-forum here that might get you a better response. Maybe you could ask a mod to move the thread....

Hey, thanks, I never noticed the sub-forum. Anyway, I'd like something approx. $350.00 or so for the pair. Distance is generally no more than 150 feet with decent line of sight.

Cailen Waddell:
How long do you expect it last.  Duplex?  For 350 you might be able to find some used on eBay to do a wired connection.  Other than some crappy FMRS radios... Not sure what exists in that price range that is reliable

For reference, 4 wireless beltpack and a base station, pro level, costs about $15,000 to $18,000...  So I'm not trying to bust your chops, just wondering if that decimal place in your budget was a mistake.
