tti psa1302 "live view" app

I cannot seem to get "Live View 1.0" to work with with TTi PSA1302 analyzer and my windows 8.1 laptop. I am able to get "PSA Manager 2.1" to work without issue.

When I start the Live View app I get a message that says "no comm ports". When I check my device manager I see that the PSA usb host has comm port 3.

Is there something I need to do to get Live View to recognize the port?

Did you go to set up functions (on the TTI)/ system utilities/screen/view on pc?

I just tried it again and the app found the com port. Thank you for your reply. I'm up and running now.
