I'm looking for a tester for cat 5/6 cables that is an upgrade from a simple continuity tester like I already have.  Price range is about $30 - $40,000 from google shopping search.  I need to stay on the low end of this range, like sub $500 if possible.  Mainly I'm interested in being able to diagnose VGA/HDMI/HDBaseT extender systems more efficiently by verifying the cable is fine.
