Hi Corey,
I tried X32-Q last night but no luck. The X apps don't work (for me) going to the M32C. I've got X32-Mix, X32-Q, M32-Mix and M32-Cue on the iPad (the App Store let me download them all to my iPad Air2) and I've got X32-Q and M32-Cue on my iPhone 6.. M32-Cue just will not connect. The apps are signed by Music Group UK, so I'm going to see if I can get a response from Charlotte. I've open a support request as well.

And if you still have a problem, post in the Behringer forum I linked earlier, they have some great people there who will help.

Hi Gary,

They activated my account over at the Music Group Midas Forum, and I replied to a post where someone said they were having trouble with M32 Cue. I think there might be some confusion with that post, as Paul replied seemingly asking about cues as they relate to scenes & shows. I tried to be as detailed as I could in my post regarding the M32-Cue not connecting to the M32C.

Thanks for your help on this!

Best regards,
Bob

Here is the text of the post I made on the Music Group Midas Forum just now in reply to another customer who appears to be having the same issue of M32-Cue app not connecting to an M32C:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi,

This is my first post :-)

I'm also having trouble with the M32-Cue app. I've recently gotten 2 M32Cs and 1 DL32. Our intention is to use one M32C for FOH and the other for IEM.

I set up a wireless router, connected the first M32C and my laptop, ensured that connectivity was correct, and started testing. The three wireless devices I used were an iPad Air2, and iPhone 6, and a Nexus 7 Android tablet. The iPad Air2 is running 8.4 iOS, the iPhone 6 is running 8.4 iOS, and the Nexus 7 is running 5.11.

The M32C is running 2.14 firmware. I upgraded last night from the 2.11 firmware that the M32C was running when I received it. Upgrading from a USB stick was easy and fast - Excellent!

M32-Edit from the PC to the M32C connected & worked great.

M32-Mix from my iPad Air2 also worked connected & worked correctly.

M32-Q from the Nexus 7 connected, although it threw a message informing that 2.11 firmware wasn't supported. I haven't tested the Nexus 7 again since I upgraded the firmware. X32/M32 Mixing Station from the Android Nexus 7 also connected.

The only app that is not connecting is M32-Cue. I've tried it from my iPhone6, and also from my iPad Air2 (although it is intended to be for the iPhone, the app store let me download it to my iPad.) The M32 apps that I've tested are signed by Music Group UK, just in case that's significant.

There is no message generated when it doesn't connect.

I looked at the reviews in the iTunes App Store regarding M32-Cue - they were uniformly bad, so I'm worried that this app might just stay unusable. If so, I'm going to have to return the Midas gear I've just purchased, as, for my 9-member band, being able to use M32-Cue for our IEM mixes is central.

I'm pretty hard up against this, so if anyone can shed some light on the problem I'm having, I would be most appreciative. I really want this system to work!

Best regards,
Bob Charest

Hi Bob,

I'll have my desk home after the weekend and I have an iPad and I'll see if I have the same problem with the app.

Dear Bob ,
I am sorry that you have encountered this issue and thank-you for raising it with us. As I confirmed to you on Friday, we are aware of the software issue with the current M32 App and our R&D team have already fixed it and released the software to Apple, for their certification, before it can uploaded to the app store.
Having re-checked progress today, I can confirm that the app should be available by tomorrow.

Thank you for your patience whilst this is resolved, and if I can provide further assistance please feel free to let me know or send it through to the care@music-group.com address.

Thank you
