I currently have 4 T39 27" subwoofer for sale with LAB 12 drivers in them (one per subwoofer).  These subwoofer sound great and can cover up to 600 people if indoors.  The output and SQ is actually quite good.  There were built by an authorized builder.  I love horn subs because of their natural, transparent sound.  You will love them, too! $1,200 takes all of these.  Cash price is $1,100.  Buyer arranges all shipping.
