Multiple P2Rs on a Single P2T

Having difficulty setting this up.  I suspect a faulty P2R:

  • Both P2Rs and P2T on same channel/frequency
  • First P2R receives signal and sends sound to ears
  • Second P2R's RF light illuminates but no sound to ears
  • Second P2R sends sound to ears when channel switched to A and cable plugged to mixer

Help?
