M7CL Error Message Help
« on: March 27, 2015, 10:18:17 AM »

This past week I've been getting a random error message on my M7, I was wondering if anyone could help. The Error message covers up my VCA names and says "File midi_blk.c, Line 3249 (MAIN)" does anyone know what this message means and how to fix it. Thank You.

I believe Matt V had the same problem a while ago.  Hopefully he can chime in with an answer here.  Stay tuned.

A quick google search came up with something to do with Stagemix sync:

Don't know if this will help but if it involves Stage Mix I had to go inside the console and remove memory battery for a min or two and the replace it for my stage mix to sync up to my M7.  I guess if all else fails, this might help.

What Firmware version are you running?  Are you trying to use StageMix?

I tried using the newest version of stage mix and it couldn't locate my board so I gave up. The error happened when I was connected to the board with my iPad App, which I've been doing for years. I have to look what firmware when I get to work.

The newest version of StageMix doesn't like the older firmware.  I had this issue until I updated the M7 from V3.55 to V3.56.
