« on: January 01, 2015, 05:46:04 AM »

German porn or a 96ch X ?

hmmm...

The website for a date clockdown for 385 days, with the Winter NAAM 2015 dates. Go figure...

Maybe the 385 days counter is a freudian slip...

My guess would simply be first public & hands-on appearance of the XR line?

Yeah, probably, but it did get me thinking.

3 times the mix count, bus count and FX count @ 3 times the cost. Imagine...

And a happy new year to all!

Looks like they fixed the countdown timer. Says 20 days-ish now.

Maybe it'll be an expandable DAW control surface like the X-Touch series which was announced at last year's Winter NAMM but never actually materialized.

What would be *fabulous* would be a decent hardware control surface for the XR mixers.  The X-Touch is too DAW focussed.

I suspect this wouldn't happen as it would blur the XR and X32 lines too much.  But would be a great option!

Still expect it to be no more than the XR line, mind...
