I am thinking about investing in some new lighting and have really wanted some 5r's at an affordable price point.
Could you tell me your experience with this exact fixture ?
I really love the look of a 5r beam.  Wondering if they got all the manufacturing bugs worked out.

Application, Small to mid sized rock and dance stages 200 to 1400 attendance.

Have not used this specific fixture but I have used several different Vizi-series fixtures in installs. They all look and perform well, but I have had several develop issues with the pan and tilt mechanisms. All but one were corrected by disabling the "feedback" function, and I am currently starting to repair the one that just quit tilting. Out of warranty, and I suspect either the motor or a driver IC.
I have had various issues with virtually every brand of mover that I have worked with, so I guess you take your chances with any of them.

We have 8 in our inventory and we are also dealers, no issues with them now, and have had them one year. Not a ton of use...but enough to show if we were going to have any trouble. None so far. They are bright and have sufficient features to do a nice job.

after hearing so many bad things we ened up going with 18 Elation Rayzor q7's

the light weight and minimal power need is what got us.
One guy can roll in with a case and have a quick and easy small rig for smaller bar gigs.
( plus wash lights )
