"Scratchy" gain control QSC RMX amp
« on: November 21, 2014, 05:33:44 pm »

One of the 2 gain level knobs on my amp makes a lot of "scratchy" static noise when it's being adjusted and often when it's still. It's only the 1 gain control. The other works normally. It's possible to get it to work properly but the slightest bump will make noise. Opened the top cover, looks difficult to access that part. It's soldered to the PCB. Is there a way to quiet it down without replacing? Thanks.
