Qu-16 1.6 update

I updated to 1.5 with no problems but 1.6 is testing me.

The .quu file is in the root directory of my Fat 32 thumb drive. There are 3 folders on the root drive as well.

The Qu-16 tells me it can't find the file. Now what?

Have you tried copying the file to a computer, reformatting the USB drive using the console, then copying the file back to the drive?
