Updated my sound craft compact last week and everything was fine first show but the next night I noticed on the bus channels, channel 11 turned red. All others yellow. Nothing seemed to be different in channel routing and worked fine. Has anyone come across this and/or is the red an indication of issue other than eq color? Did not see anything in guide?

As far as I have seen Bob a "red" channel strip indicates that the fader is part of an EQ. Try changing the pre/post, etc. and see if the channel strip changes color. If not give Soundcraft a call or apply the firmware update AFTER clearing the old firmware, and be sure to save the board config first.
