When I am using conventional Parcans I use Elation Pro Bars, which have 4 channels of dimming built in. I can set them up as T-bars or put hooks on top to hang from truss.

Mike, those are nice, it seems they are now discontinued...sigh.

Both ETC and Leprecon have stick dimmers, but at a much higher price.
