hi everyone. I have purchased PS5R pro great lights no problems so far. while I was testing them I noticed that during slow panning the light shakes when it changes direction and of coarse it could be seen by the beam or projection on the wall. is this normal behavior for this fixture or do I have to tighten some screws? thanks everyone. much obliged

could possibly be the resolution of the profile isn't right, or outputting correctly? what controller are you using?

Thanks for replies. The controller I use is maxzzys m-pc with USB duo hardware. It only shakes when it changes direction. When it goes in line or a constant curve it's fine. As for mounting, last time I put them on the ground to eliminate as many variables as possible and the shaking was the same. Anything I can do to fix it?

which version of MPC are you using?

just thinking about it anyways you can try changing up the resolution for the controls from a dynamic to 16bit...just open the parameter controls and click the "gear logo" to open up the settings, then you will find the parameter at the bottom of the window...

When I manually control it the speed is much faster and i can't detect it. As far as I can tell it happens only when it changes direction on slow speed.

Finally had some time to try suggested solutions. Nothing helped . Here is my update. Set the resolution to 16 bit in preferences (gear icon), no change still the same. Next I moved the lights with virtual joystick. At slow speed the light shakes all the time. (Stops and goes) at faster speed it only shakes when it changes direction, however, it slows down when it changes direction so it makes me think that it shakes only at slow speed. When I ran the light on it's own it moves to fast to notice. Next I will use etc element to see if I get different results. That's all I got so far.
