Given that you have this fact confused, how do you plan to have them installed, hung, and powered safely?

I realize the speakers are self powered. They are being ceiling mounted. I am uncertain if I need to be concerned with the signal wire runs. I know I can "daisy chain" the speakers together, I am just wondering about the way I have it drawn up. The source will be a Mackie 1604 or 1202.

Barry is concerned about whether one audio output from the Mackie mixer can drive 6 parallel audio input loads of the SRM450's.

Hi, I am installing six Mackie SRM450's in a venue and would like a bit of input on wiring them all up. The speaker arrangement will be three speakers at the front of the room and three towards the rear. My question is, if I wire the front speakers in parallel and then come out of each front speaker "thru output" to a rear speaker am I safe with input impedance at all the speakers? 
Crudely it would look like this:

It would seem not, given the level of your question.

I would be more concerned about the cancellations than the impedance.

ALL you have to do is to look at the impedance of the source and the impedance of the speakers.

Figure out the total impedance of the load and as long as the total is around 10 times or greater than the source impedance then you are fine.  Basic understanding of impedance and loads 101.
