Which digital mixer?
« on: October 26, 2013, 05:56:07 PM »

Hi!

I'm currently looking for a digital mixer for my live production setup. The most important thing is that I have to be able to control the mixer FROM my computer with software I'm developing myself. The reason behind this is that we have multiple components with each their own controlpanel, and we are now looking to build our own control software to unite all those panels into one and also be able to link certain events.

Which digital mixers are the easiest to control from my computer, and how hard is it to do so?

I've been looking at the following mixers:
Behringer X32 Compact (~2300€)
Soundcraft SI Compact C16 R (~2000€)
Yamaha 01V96i (~2000€)
Presonus StudioLive 16.0.2 (~1000€)
