How much more spl can I get from a zlx 12p if I add a midbass 15 and high pass the EV @ about 200hz?

None.

You'll get a bit more from the entire system by adding a mid-bass cabinet.  But the 12p will still only put out the same amount of sound.  It will not be "louder" although it may be more effective in a more limited role.

the 12 in that thing goes down pretty low. Add another set perhaps, or upgrade to a stronger model.
