I found a very cool service/program called Preseria that allows presenters to upload their Powerpoint slide shows, PDFs, etc. (unfortunately not Keynote, as far as I'm aware).

The administrator (or designated persons) arrange and organize each presentation into their agenda as uploads take place.

As I sit here working a medical conference, getting presentations on USB drives at the last second, I can't help but think that this is a much better way.

Does anyone have similar software they use?
