Aren't there specific angles that are required for monitors?  Things like that.

There are generally accepted ranges of angles that people like, but manufacturers don't even agree from product to product what the specific angle should be.    For instance, JBL PRX512, 612, and 712 each have different angles, and most agree that the one on the 612 is pretty crappy to the point of being almost useless.  People have been known to carry 1x4s and 2x4s with them to modify it.

Find the angle you want and build a side board accordingly.   Or go with the Fender tilt option Patrick mentioned, where a single bolt (with maybe a wingnut) attaches the leg to the cabinet.  That way you can change the angle anytime you want

You know no matter what you do with them, it's going to make you look like an amateur.  I think if you are at a point where you really need eight monitors, you should be investing in real monitors.

Not there nor do I ever plan on it.  Just small town fests and local gigs.  I didn't mean I was going to use all 8 of them for monitors just stating that I had 8:)  i still use them for many other things like high schools, weddings, karaoke, etc...Just want to have the capability of using them as monitors as well.

We carry dead Behringer DIs... we have a stack of a dozen or so...

I built some speaker stands out of half inch plywood. Cut angles, attached them together and put Velcro on the face so it sticks to the speakers. To change the angle, just move the stand up or down the side of the speaker.

I would put a fold out leg on one side so when it's in use as a normal speaker it can be folded flat or put out at ninety degrees to increase the angle for monitor use.

A bit like the fold out legs you probably have on the back of your computer keyboard.

Some of those little plastic EVs had a threaded socket in the back that accepted a threaded steel rod to convert them to monitors. More recently there was an accessory for the SX100 to tilt it for monitor use.
