Does the front fill in Art's zoomed photo make any sense if the bottom 'top' cabinet is in use?

It could be that the lower line arrays are not even passing audio-but are used as "stands" for the upper ones.

In that case the front fill might be needed.

Without knowing all the 'things at work"-it is hard to say.

And maybe somebody just "feels" they need a front fill------------------------------------
