For some reason, maybe the browsers I'm using are outdated - tried IE & Google Chrome - can't open or download.  Yeah, those are useful guides for sure.

JBL Pro has probably updated their site twice since those links were posted (I have plenty of broken links in my bookmarks...).  Try these:
