ISP has a new zoned music system that uses Cat6 cable to power speakers and send signal over the same wires, and can be daisy chained up to 14 units depending on power/type, eve have a SUB that is power over the CAT6 cable. Great fidelity and features for retail or bar type installs. I was quite impressed !

Buck from ISP showed the Cat cable speakers at WFX last year.  I thought they were very cool.

A few more from the show.

Kaltman creations showed a new tablet spectrum analyzer unit that looks pretty cool

Eminence has a new 2" driver

RCF has some new active boxes including a small column array that sits on a pole over a sub

Meyer showed the LEO

LynTec has some new PD units (housed in Audiopile racks!)

d&b has new array software

Adamson showed a new line of install speakers in a bunch of sizes

Community added new boxes to the R series line including a very small weather resistant three way horn

Bose added new boxes to the Room Match array series

Whirlwind showed new PD stuff

Ace Backstage had some cool low cost thin choir style boom mics

EAW did not have a booth on the floor but had an Anya rig at the House of Blues all week. I heard from a few folks it sounded good.

And Orlando showed their high humidity and rain!

Actually it was much nicer this year than in years past-and the rain is normal for the summer

Eminence has a new 2" driver

Isn't it a 1.4" compression driver?

Best regards,

John

Yup, it sure is a 1.4".  I don't pay a lot of attention to horns and drivers since I'm old and can't hear past 2K anymore!  hehehehe  ;)
