QSC's new 4 channel DSP amp; looks very interesting with being about to route the Output power 5 different ways.  However it looks like it only at the PLX/XTi level of amps with the USB connection.

A few items while I wait for a flight back home. In addition to the new Shure, Martin and QSC products mentioned:

DPA showed new podium mics that will be available at the end of the year.

Sennheiser showed a battery powered small speaker with built in mixer that accepts wireless receivers as well as wireless transmitters so you can wirelessly send the audio signal to the next speaker. They also showed a real cool flexible speaker that can wrap around stuff like truss.

Clear-Com has some new stuff including new belt packs for basic party line systems.

Danley had a bunch of new subs including a quad 15. They also showed a new bookshelf speaker called Caleb. It's 10' tall and is designed for stadiums.

Avid showed their new console.

Pivotec had the new Avid console running their stuff in the booth.

Line 6 has a new handheld with a different pickup pattern and also an active antenna splitter if you don't want to use the loop through jacks.

RF Creations Venue showed a compact and inexpensive (under $300 I was told) helical antenna for 2.4 band. Perfect for use with Line 6

Kaltman showed a new spectrum analyzer

Roland has a new A/V switcher geared toward web casting. They also said all their consoles now include Sonar recording for free.

I am missing a bunch but I have to catch a plane.

It just depends on the size of the shelf  ;).

It is also "ipod ready".  You can drive it (as was demoed) with the output of an iphone or MP3 player etc.  No other amp needed.  All passbands were in parallel (no crossover-no eq etc).

Just use a "standard" 1/8" stereo plug to dual NL8 plugs (soon to be in a catalog near you)

One channel drove 54 drivers and the other channel the other 54 drivers.

ISP has a new zoned music system that uses Cat6 cable to power speakers and send signal over the same wires, and can be daisy chained up to 14 units depending on power/type, eve have a SUB that is power over the CAT6 cable. Great fidelity and features for retail or bar type installs. I was quite impressed !

Any specs on that yet?  Clearly I need bigger bookshelves...
