whats the best dual 18"

There's a decent selection of double 18" subs that are far superior to the SRX728s. It's a decent sub for the money, but I wouldn't use it given other higher end offerings.

Bang for the buck it's the 728s, and IMO they sound better then the Meyer 650P.....

For an Active dual 18 I'd have to go with the Meyer 700-HP, for a passive one maybe the McCauley M88.
The SRX728 wouldn't be my choice if my selection was unlimited but I agree its a nice sub for the price - at least for the times Ive heard it. I don't think any A-List tours would be using it though.

The M88 is a great sub, I have used it many times. The SRX has got to be the best bang for the buck.
