If you own the mics it seems like a no-brainer.  The TA4F connector is cheap and doesn't require any special tools.  It'll cost you more to have them changed back to Sennheiser Lemo, though.

well, the "talent" owns the mics!!!! and we need to change them after to use with their regular sennheiser packs...... so we where trying to avoid this using adaptors, we will rewire them as this seems the most economical solution right now......
