If the two mixers are essentially identical, then that means you can choose based on the name or based on the color. At least the color choice has a practical justification.

Why?

While some people like white text on a black background, most people find that a lighter background with darker text is easier to read. It's not really a stretch to apply that to a mixer. Just as it's not a stretch to apply practical implications to a car's color scheme (black paint vs light paint in the summertime when you're parked where there's no shade, for instance).
