New Eminence woofers
« on: May 29, 2012, 02:22:01 AM »

These are new (at least to me). Just used some in some subs instead of the Omega Pro 18's. Seem to be the same basket, magnet, etc, but was quite happy with the performance.

Same thing in 15's as well.

Also, posted a few days ago, the Lab-12c. a 4 ohm version!!!! Sadly the t/s didn't quite fit the cabinet I'm working on for the lab-12 6ohm. there was either too big of a peak before the low corner or a significant dip in the same spot. I probably didn't need the extra power anyways...

Duane, I was planning to replace my drivers in several folded horn boxes, ie: CV SL36, with the Omega Pro 18 since they are also designed for these type of boxes. My question is do you think these new ones will also work in folded horn boxes? I did not read anything indicating that on the link in your post.

Thanks,
