Hello all...

I have been trying to get any kind of response from the parts department at FBT, with no luck... Going on a few weeks now...

Has anybody else had this trouble trying to order replacement parts?

Is there a PSW member that represents FBT that could contact me?

Have you tried calling? 1 800 333 9383 in the USA.

In Canada the distributor is very good and is 20 minutes from my house. If you just need a small part PM me.

Finally got in touch with FBT...

Thanks all for the offer to help! Now just have to wait for the part, and get the gear back up and running...
