I've searched through a bunch of websites offering speaker grill foam and none seem to offer it in white. I need 1/4" thickness for an installation I am doing.

Anyone know of a supplier specifically for this color ?

Is this to go behind or in front of a regular metal grill?

When regular balck material is placed behind a white metal grill, the resultant color appears to be a "off white" or slightly greyish color.

The white reflects a lot of the light-helping to "hide" the black.

I don;t ever recall seeing white foam material-and I am sure you know to NOT paint it..

If bright white appearance is more important than foam 1/4" thick, can you use white grill cloth? Sonically  (and to a degree, optically) transparent, available from Parts Express and other suppliers.

Try this company - You're looking for reticulated foam -  They make reticulated filter foam in white.
