SOLVED!
Opened SM and opened PM5DV2 editor , then opened open session, changed file type from .YSE to .PM5 and clicked on JAZZ2012 file on card.
All parameters are showing and my band files are showing in the scene memory.
It looks like I was trying to use the V1 editor instead of V2.
 DOH!

Thanks to all for your time and patience helping with this.

I'm curious what you mean by "iPad interface"...

By that, do you mean having the notebook connected to the 5D and using a VPN app on the iPad to connect to the notebook?

Sorry , I should have been more specific. What I meant was the iPad app for LS9 and M7CL.
My point was that I was complaining about wasted too much time trying to get computers to interface to Yamaha consoles using Studio Manager, but the iPad app was much easier.
Not applicable for PM5D.
