Sennheiser EW500 G3 receiver won't power up

Plugged it in and it powered up fine, walked away for a couple minutes and came back and the the screen was off.  Only the red ring around the power button lights up.  I can't get any audio out of it either.  Any suggestions or wait til Monday to call Senn?

Got it working.   I took it apart and the ribbon cable to the screen was loose and it wouldn't power up with it like that. Reconnected it and it works. Thanks!
