FALL FROM SCAFFOLD IN AUSTRALIA
« on: April 30, 2012, 04:50:34 PM »

I guess no amount of security can keep a motivated guy with a few beers under his belt from climbing up a scaffold.  Anyone ever see a similar idiot in action?

After listening to the music and the mix, I think the guy was trying to kill himself.

I had to yell at a guy to get down off of our speaker scaffold at a festival years ago.  He kept waving his press pass at me and yelling that he had a pass and he needed to climb the tower to take pictures.  He got down when I threatened to have him removed from the event and I started climbing up after him.

Yeah, Joe King Curasco used to climb the scaffolding and dive into the crowd.

I was told that he did this and once at the Austin Aquafest, I warned him not to do it.  I said if he attempts to climb, I WILL shut the system down.  He did and so did I.  Twice.  He gave me the finger and dove into the crowd.

A few months later up in Michigan or some where, he did it and the crowd move out of the way and he broke both arms.   ;D
