I just finished phase 2 of my PA upgrade which consists of 4 QRX212 over 4 QRX218 powered by Q1212s and processes by DC-one. I would consider this a pretty sizable investment in EV.

Right now I'm running a stock preset on the DC-one which sounds very nice but the limiting is not properly configured for the amps I'm using. I've spoken to a few people who have gotten custom DSP settings from EV that were tailored to their rig.

I tried emailing the "product support" team listed on their website and got no response. I asked for some basic limiter settings that would match my amps.

Does anyone know who I can contact to get this info?

Just got my settings from Caleb Braff. He was super helpful and provided me with not just one but three different configurations.

I now have a lot more respect for this company.
