I have numerous american dj & chauvet dj lights.  I am trying to figure out what is the best way to plug them all in without running extension cords to all of them.  Some do have power inlets but most do not.  What do you guys do to make it look professional?

I use a power strip with a 10' cord that I bought from Bed Bath & Beyond.

We use the adapters below known as "triple taps", "cube taps", or "threefers."

Power strips from the store and adapters just seem unsafe and or nonprofessional?  Or is this the industry standard for lighting?
I tried attaching my layout but it would not allow me to.

Depends upon your location, application, and budget. What is considered the norm in Leesville, La. would get you shut down in Denver. Most cost-effective thing to use would be simple outlet strip(s) mounted securely and everything tied up neatly. If the fixtures use the IEC power connectors you could invest in some shorter or longer length cables to cut down on the mess of having a 4' cord traveling 6" to the outlet.
Even a verbal description might be helpful, including location.

I play all over the midwest but I am located in La Crosse, WI.  My main setup is:
x4/Chauvet-Intimidator 300
x4/Chauvet-ColorPalette
x3-ADJ-Revo 4
x6-ADJ-MegaStrobe
x3-ADJ-UV Cannon
x1-ADJ-Megabar LED
I have a 25ft (wide) x 10ft (high) Global truss.  On each end I have 4ft long trussing hanging outward over the front of the stage.
i did find some 25ft 14 ga. extension cords that have outlets every 8 ft.  Kind of perfect I thought if I put 2-3 in the horizontal truss.  Only prob is, they're BRIGHT YELLOW!
The ADJ Revo's and Chauvet ColorPaletes/Intimidator 300 all have inlets.  Others don't.

I have a quad box mounted in each stick of 10' truss that powers its 4 Accu Scans.   12g cable terminates with a plug at the end of the truss.   That gets connected to the distro with a 12g extension cord.
