Haw! Then there's the glaring typo. I recently checked on some woofers whose sensitivity and max SPL were BOTH listed as 100db.

Spec sheets can get you in the ballpark but while we laugh, Ivan is right, they don't tell the whole story and they can be innaccurate or even worse- deceptive! So it's a good idea to ask experienced users in an open forum like this for their real life experiences. Keep an open mind and keep your ears open and hopefully you'll hear something you like before you open your wallet!
